Let's Make This Easy..

You're doing the things, marking off your list, GO YOU.

It seems like there is so much to do and you want to make sure we're all on the same page, trust me, me too.

There are only a few things that I really ask that you provide me with. however, you can never provide me with too much information about your day. Some of these things may not apply to your special day, that's okay.

What I need from you:

• Wedding day itinerary- It can be a loose one. Things probably won't go as planned and that's OKAY!
• Wedding Rehearsal itinerary- If applicable. I generally attend these for a short time.
• A list of must-have photos.
• A list of family/friends you would like included in your formal photos along with any special accommodations they may require.
• Any inspiration you'd like to share. You've been dreaming of this day for a lifetime, let me help those dreams come true.
• Any personal details, traditions, or moments that are significant and you'd like documented. It may also be important that you give the people close to you my email if you're open to that. Sometimes they like to gift surprises and such. you may also include any "absolutely not" that you do not want to be surprised with.
• A dedicated "knows 'em all" person. This is IMPORTANT. I need at least 1 person that is not in the wedding that is familiar with all of your friends and family or knows who is who for both sides. Maybe this will require more than one person, a lot of times it may be a cousin or S/O to a friend. This person will be my go-to when it comes to collecting everyone for pictures. I don't know all your people and names are sometimes hard for me, I don't want to bother you with these things or interrupt what you're doing to chase down your family. That's stressful. Talk with this person let them know their role is important and the list people they will need to collect when the time comes.
